Always choose this place for my stay. No regrets. Staff helped me return forgotten jewellery. Suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Restaurant, Laundry, Flat-screen TV, Lift. Coming back for trip.

I lodged in Room 108 at West Hotel and had a comfortable stay. The room provided lots of privacy and I enjoyed the excellent location, with easy access to Dubai via the nearby bus stop and metro station. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket and great restaurants like Plaza Juice and Mumbai Haji Ali. The Wi-Fi was super fast and the hot water worked well. I would recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.
There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The air conditioning system was not properly functioning as it was interconnected with other rooms, causing temperature inconsistencies.
